Hello there!
I’m Yani, a game maker from France with a deep love for emotions and the magical moments that only art can create.
I work on PC, console and mobile games, tackling UX challenges, and leading production workflows, always with the player experience front and center.
Whether it’s reviewing milestones, iterating on features (Agile or Scrum) or running playtests, I’m here to help create games that feel alive!
My origin story in video games
It all started in a quiet village in France, where I’d lose track of time diving into my favorite games, like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time or The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
As I grew up, I realized that I wasn’t just playing.
I was thinking about how games made me feel.
- What kept me hooked?
- Why did I care about these worlds and characters so much?
- And how could I recreate that magic for someone else?
That curiosity never left me.

One day, I played a game that left a mark on me: This War of Mine.
Awkwardly, I started this game with thoughts like:
I don’t like this type of game…
I’ve wasted money on a boring game…
Why did I trust positive reviews?
I know what you might be thinking: what kind of human being starts a game thinking like that?!
Well, I believe we’re all weird in our own way… and that’s one of my weird behaviours.
Anyway…
The fact remains that this game lightened something in me.
I devoured the game in a way that only few other games have done.
I got really attached to these characters, managing them and their needs from afar, which usually puts me off in video games.
Somehow, the dev team managed to make me love a game that I was certain to dislike.
That’s why This War of Mine is a special game for me.

From this moment, I decided that I didn’t just want to play great games.
I wanted to make them.
So, I went all-in.
I studied GD and production, experimented with my own prototypes and started collaborating with teams to build games from scratch.
What drives me today is crafting games that leave a mark!
Together, let’s shape moments that speak louder than words! 🤝
